Do you ship internationally, and where do you ship from?Yes, we ship internationally, worldwide. We ship from Japan. Do you take special requests/ special orders?Yes, if you are looking for something, we will try to find it for you, we will charge a handling fee for our service in locating the item and sell it directly to you. We also take special orders that you find and cannot have an access to it. Please contact us if you have any requests. Can you make a copy of a product?No, we are sorry, but we cannot do it. Are the items you sell authentic?Yes, all products we provide are authentic and made in Japan. we only sell authentic items. Do you trade for other items?No. We are sorry, but we do not trade for your items. Do you have an e-mail magazine service?We are planning to have an email-magazine service in the future. We will announce this, once it is launched. I did not receive an answer from my email. Do you read every email?We read every email that we receive and try to reply to all email, but sometimes your email is lost or misdirected. We also come across some problems with juno(dot)com, earthlink(dot)com and aol(dot)com accounts, they may have blocking services, and therefore we cannot reply, because it is rejected by you or your ISP. Please email us again or use your another email address if you do not get reply from us within 1 week. Also the public email services like Hotmail, Gmail filter our email to the spam box, please check your spam box if you don't receive reply from us. Why you don't send items via Regular airmail?We have a responsibility for shipping these items safely and securely and our priority is to send and the packages and our customers receive the packages for sure. All packages are sent with tracking number. The tracking system requires your (or the residence of the place) signature upon delivery. If you wish to receive your package via regular airmail without signing, please contact us beforehand. When will you ship my order after I have paid?We will ship your order within 3 working days after you paid. This will also depend on availability of stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock, it will take up to 1 to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. If your order falls on a public holiday or the weekend, then your order will be shipped within 3 working days after the holiday. We will notify you if there are any delays on shipping your order (s). How could I contact you?Please contact us via Contact Us page. How do I become a member?We are sorry, but we are in the process of building our site and will have this option at a later date. But we will record your customer information on our database and will let you know once we have started this service. Is my personal information located in a safe place? Who has access to my information?Yes, it is. We keep our customer's personal information securely and off-line. Access to our database is restricted to our Director and Sales Manager only. We will NOT sell, distribute, or exchange your personal data with outside sources. Can you accept Credit Card payment? (About payment)Yes, we can accept credit card. Please do not send your credit card information to us. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments. Your credit card payment will be processed via Trustcommerce. TrustCommerce is in full compliance with all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express rules and regulations. This includes the requirements set forth in the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). We also accept PayPal payment which you can use your credit card with them as well. Please read our Payment page for more information. I live in Japan, can you accept my order and send the product to my Japanese address?Most of our items, we cannot ship to addresses in Japan. We can only sell and ship our products overseas, due to contractual agreements with our suppliers. But there are some items that we can ship domestic (Japan). If you would like us to ship the items overseas (pay internationally), we will be able to sell our products to you. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions. What is a 3-inch CD?A 3-inch is the size of a CD single. (An ordinary disc is about 5 inches in diameter). The 3-inch CD singles can be played on all stereo systems. We've seen the same sized discs from Germany. Japanese recording companies still make 3-inch CDs, but they are not so common these days and many of them are out of print. What is an Obi?An obi is a spine card, which comes with new CDs, LDs, LPs and books. This is for the Japanese market to make it easier to find items in shops or on shelves. Japanese companies also use the obi for additional information of the item that they sell. But sometimes the publishers do not make the spine card, and some items are originally don't come with it. ("obi" is one word, the Japanese word for the belt that we use when wearing a kimono) Can I buy some plastic sleeves you sent me with the CDs I bought from you?Yes, we sell these plastic CD sleeves. Please check # under our catalog. Please email us if you wish to bulk-purchase. I need the item as soon as possible! Could you send the item first and I pay you later?We are sorry, but we can only ship items after payment has made. Is/Are the artist(s) you promote contracted to your company?They are not contracted to our company. We only promote them and sell their products internationally. The promoted artists on our site are not under contract to CocoeBiz L.L.C.
