Pricing System

The items in our catalog have a three pricing system with items listed in Japanese Yen based, European Euro and US Dollar prices are shown in brakes under the Japanese Yen price.

The catalog prices in the US$ and EUR are calculated at the current exchange rate, but due to the fluctuation in the exchange rate, the final total will be confirmed when your order confirmation is sent. We refer PayPal com Exchange rate for charging on your credit card.

If you are paying by PayPal, we will send the total cost in Japanese Yen, and the value in your country's currency will be automatically calculated by their exchange rate. (Their exchange rate is about the same as the foreign exchange rate at banks here)

This is done to ensure you receive the best prices for your ordered items.

VGM World.com is not responsible or liable for any fluctuations in the currency exchange rates. Prices quoted in our catalog are approximate prices based on the above exchange rate and may differ from the final invoice total. Confirmation of the final total will be sent via email once your order has been placed.

Placing an Order

Please use our shopping cart to make your orders. You can put multiple items into one order.

Confirming Your Order

STEP 1

After you place the order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email with the details of your order, including the payment and shipping options you have chosen. The prices are shown in Japanese Yen with 2 extra zero after the comma, please disregard the last 2 -.00 to avoid any confusion.

STEP 2

After we receive your order, we will check the availability of the item(s) and may recalculate the total cost by adjusting the weight of the package.

The exchange rate would be lower or higher than the price that is shown on the catalog page due to the change in the daily exchange rate, and an adjustment will be made and charged.

Please note that an additional 5% handling fee is on the charge (to the total of items and shipping cost).

If you are making your payment by Paypal com, we will send the total in Japanese Yen, but you will clearly see the exchange rate and the total cost in your currency.

After the calculations are done, you will receive a follow up email from us to provide you with the total cost of your order. - Order confirmation Email -

STEP 3

Paying by your Credit Card. (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover)

Credit card information is submitted to us via SSL, a secure transmission format. Credit card processing done by Trustcommerce. TrustCommerce is in full compliance with all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express rules and regulations. This includes the requirements set forth in the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP).

Payment will NOT be charged immediately. All transactions will be handled manually and will be adjusted, placing an order with Credit Card payment does not mean that we have charged on your Credit Card. Payment will be processed after we send you the Order Confirmation Email. It takes about 1 to 4 days, depending on the timing you order.

Paying by PayPal.com.

After you place your order, VGM World.com will confirm your order and send you the Money Request from our PayPal account. Please read the Order Confirmation Email that you receive from us. Please wait for our Payment request from Paypal, and do not send your payment on your own initiative. Although, if you don't receive any Payment request within 4 days, please contact us as your order may have been missed or our Order Confirmation Email was rejected by the Mail server.

The U.S. and some other European countries may have an International Postal Money Order available for payment. This money order can be purchased at your local post office. We can not accept any bank checks nor Personal checks.

We will keep your order for 2 weeks after our confirmation email has been sent, but if we don't receive your payment within 2 weeks or don't hear from you regarding to your payment, your order will be canceled.If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by Email.

Orders Fulfilled

We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

At our discretion, you may receive an additional order confirmation email after we have finalized your order.

We will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number within 2 days of your order being shipped. If the payment was sent by Paypal, we will update the Status on the Paypal website, and you will see the Order & Shipping status on your account. In this case, we may not send you a separate Shipping Confirmation Email.
