Pricing System

The items in our catalog have a three pricing system with items listed in Japanese Yen, European Euro and US Dollar prices. The catalog price is calculated at the current exhange rate, but due to the fluctuation in the exchange rate, the final total will be confirmed when your order confirmation is sent. This is done to ensure you receive the best prices for your ordered items.

Currency Exchange Disclaimer

VGM World.com is not responsible or liable for any fluctuations in the currency exchange rates. Prices quoted in our catalog are approximate prices based on the above exchange rate and may differ from the final invoice total. Confirmation of the final total will be sent via email once your order has been placed.

Placing an Order

Please use our shopping cart to make your orders. You can put multiple items into one order.

Confirming Your Order

After you place the order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email with the details of your order, including the payment and shipping options you have chosen.

After we receive your order, we will check and recalculate the exchange rate for the day the order was placed, and if the exchange rate is lower or higher, an adjustment will be made to the invoice and charged. Please note that an additional 5% handling fee will be charged to the final total of the invoice. In order to expedite your order within 24 to 48 hours, we can accept payment via Paypal. We can receive payment via Paypal in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, European Euro, English Pounds, or in Japanese Yen for your convenience. Please state clearly in your order which currency you would like to pay in.

After the calculations are done, you will receive a follow up email from us to provide you with the total cost of your order.

Making Your Payment

Please refer to our payment page for our available payment methods.

You can make your payment via Paypal. After you place your order, VGM World.com will confirm your order and provide the Paypal email that you should send payment.

U.S. residents may also send an International Postal Money Order. This money order can be purchased at your local post office.

You can also pay via credit card. Credit card information is submitted to us via SSL, a secure transmission format. Credit card processing done by Trustcommerce. TrustCommerce is in full compliance with all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express rules and regulations. This includes the requirements set forth in the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP).

If you are from another part of the world, we will confirm your payment option and total shipping cost via email.

We will keep your order for 2 weeks after our confirmation email sent, but if we don't receive your payment within 2 weeks or don't hear from you regarding to your payment, your order will be canceled.

Orders Fulfilled

We will notify you once your order has been processed.

At our discretion, you may receive an additional order confirmation email after we have finalized your order.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. For the EMS shipping option, the tracking number is included in the e-mail.
