Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available.

1. Credit card payments through Trustcommerce. Please visit Trustcommerce for more information on this safe and reliable electronic payment. You can also read Trustcommerce's Security Statement, available via PDF or the text file. This is done via the VGMWorld shopping cart.
2. Credit card payments through Paypal (Please visit Paypal for more information on this safe and reliable electronic payment). This is done through Paypal's website.
3. International Postal Money Order (You are strongly recommended to send money orders via registered airmail. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected payments.)
4. U.S. cash via registered airmail (For security reasons, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected payments.)

IMPORTANT: NO BANK CHECKS are accepted! Please DO NOT SEND us any types of bank (or personal) checks! We cannot accept checks or international money orders from banks. If the check or the money order is stated as "Payable at .... Bank", it is NOT acceptable. If you are not sure of your money order, please feel free to contact us.

Method 1: Credit Card Payments Via Trustcommerce

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments. Your credit card payment will be processed via Trustcommerce. TrustCommerce is in full compliance with all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express rules and regulations. This includes the requirements set forth in the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). This program was setup as a guideline for payment acceptance services and contains basic levels of requirements. TrustCommerce requirements are much more stringent than the CISP program and exceed all current levels in the payments industry. We receive credit card information from you via SSL (your URL will start with https://), a secure transmission format, via VGMWorld's shopping cart.

Security & Reliability

The number one priority at TrustCommerce is security. This is distributed at all levels, including physical and software security measures on all processing systems, including operating systems, gateway software and tightly controlled access by authorized personnel. Please do not send your credit card number via email.

Method 2: Credit Card Payments Via Paypal

We can accept credit card payments via Paypal. Paypal is secure and is a very popular online payment site. We can only accept credit card payments via Paypal at this time. Please do not send your credit card number via email.

After you place your order, CocoeBiz/VGMWorld will confirm your order and provide the Paypal email and the amount that you should send payment.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using your credit card through Paypal. Please click the Paypal button below to be taken to a Paypal page where you can submit credit card information. Like TrustCommerce, Paypal also has a secure system to protect your credit card information.

Method 3: International Postal Money Order

We can accept international postal money orders from the U.S. and other countries that carry an international postal money order in Japanese Yen. There is an international postal money order in Canada, but it is not accepted in Japan.

The international postal money order from the U.S. is made out in U.S. dollars, but international postal money orders from other countries must be in Japanese Yen.

This is a U.S. international postal money order. VGM World.com WILL accept this.

This is a Canadian international postal money order. CocoeBiz cannot accept this.

This is a U.S. domestic postal money order. VGM World.com cannot accept this.

This is a Western Union money order. VGM World.com cannot accept this.

This is a traveler's check. VGM World.com cannot accept this.

IMPORTANT: Any international postal money order(s) must be issued from the POST OFFICE.

If you send a money order(s) from a bank or your country's domestic money order, we will have to send it back to you, because we cannot cash it here in Japan.

If you send an unacceptable money order, you will be asked to pay for return postage of the money order, and it will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.
