Return Policy

There is a 21-day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be factory sealed in order to receive a refund.
• Pre-owned (Used) items are not refundable.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective items will be replaced with the same title only.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policy

We offer 3 types of shipping methods:

• EMS Priority Mail - Usually 4 to 6 days
• Registered Air Mail - Usually 1 to 2 weeks
• SAL Registered Mail - Usually 2 weeks to 1 month

Customs

Packages might be delayed to clear customs in your home country. We will not be responsible for any duties or taxes that customs may incur in your home country.

Delivery Time Not Guaranteed

If the delivery of the package is late, VGM World.com will not be held liable for the cost of shipment.

Selling in Japan

We do NOT sell to customers in Japan due to our contractual agreement with our suppliers. But there are some products that we can ship to Japan, please refer the catalog information or contact us for with the full details of the product for more information.

Pre-Orders

We are able to take all pre-orders once this option has been stated in the item description. All pre-orders must be paid for when placing the order, due to the limited amount that is allocated to us. This is sold on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot hold items that have NOT been pre-ordered or paid for. Release and delivery dates will be announced in the item description of the product(s) as they become available.

We are not resposible for any changes prior to release of an item. Publishers have the right to make these changes prior to the release of the item and without any notification to VGM World or CocoeBiz.
